For accounts created after Thursday, February 12th 2015 the thank you email is no longer enabled by default, you can re-add this reminder should you wish via your collectors

In the New Debtor Daddy we automatically send a Thank You email on payment this email is enabled by default however you can quickly and easily disable this by editing the in-use collector. If you use multiple collectors then you need to repeat this on each collector you'd like to remove the reminder from each individual collector. Subscription Sam does not have a thank you email enabled
1. Click Collectors
From the main menu select Collectors
2. Click onto the collector
Click onto the name of the collector you wish to use. in this instance we're disabling the collector on Nancy
3. Select the "Thank you message"
Click onto the Thank you message from the list of reminders
4. Click Delete
From the left hand menu click the - icon
5. Check your list has updated
You should no longer see the Thank you Message in the list of reminders.
Click Save once confirmed and that's it no further Thank you Emails will be sent
