Check via the Hit List
With the Introduction of Hit List V2 launched alongside Auto Mode its even easier to see your business at a glance
There are a number of possible scenarios you could have on your hit list to show what status your reminders are in
How Automatic Reminders are identified
You'll know a reminder is automatic if it has a Paper Dart next to it
Pie Charts in Automatic Mode
In the Hit List you'll notice Pie Charts appearing next to most collections in the Hit List these indicate the amount of time prior left before the next action is due on the specific collection this could be a automatic email, a manual approval or the need to re-assign the invoice to a different collector
Reassign Button
Once a collector reaches the end of its cycle we present you with a Reassign button, this means we've sent all the reminders you have setup against that collector, from here you can choose to assign it to a different collector, say Harry or manually escalate this to a Debt Collector for further pursuing.
