Ever wanted to copy one of your team members onto a reminder? Now you can BCC any team member onto a collector!  Firstly, they'll need to be invited as a user you can learn how to do that here.  They don't need to accept to get a copy of the reminder just be invited.  Once you've got them invited:  


  1. From the main menu select Collectors
     Click Collectors from the Menu

  2. Select the Collector you wish to alter Select the collector

  3. Next, choose the reminder you wish to BCC your team member on (It needs to be done on each individual reminder) 
    Select the Reminder you wish to alter

  4. From the "Send a copy to these people when this reminder is sent" tick the user you wish to BCC and repeat this for each reminder then click Save


  5. That's it! reminders will now be sent to the users ticked from the next send
